The platform generates AI-powered evaluations, scores, and insights. These outputs are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for investment or selection decisions. Metric does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Metric platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Metric is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
