Refunds & Cancellations

Free Tier
Metric offers a free tier that includes core platform features. No payment is required for the free tier, and no refund applies.
Paid Plans
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If cancelled within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is provided, but you retain access until the end of the billing period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Alternatively, contact us at support@https://metricws.vercel.app and we will process your cancellation promptly.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by this policy, please contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.
Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. You can export your data at any time before deletion from the platform settings.
